How to Return an Item
Return Costs
Returns are free for orders shipped within Italy.
For all other European countries, a fixed contribution fee of €5 will be deducted directly from the refund.
Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as they represent payment for a logistics service already carried out.
In the event of a partial return resulting in the final order value falling below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Return
The return can be made:
- at our physical store;
- by downloading the return label from your personal account area, if the purchase was made using a registered account;
- by requesting the return label through the dedicated contact form.
The return label is generally sent within 24/48 working hours, from Monday to Friday.
Package Preparation
Please use, whenever possible, the same bag or box in which the order was delivered.
If you use packaging significantly larger than the original one, Check Point reserves the right to deduct a €5 handling fee from the refund.
In the case of footwear purchases, it is strictly forbidden to use the original shoe box as external shipping packaging.
Remove any previous shipping labels and correctly apply the provided return label.
The parcel must be delivered:
- to a post office for shipments from Italy;
- to a DHL Service Point for shipments from other European countries.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
Items must be returned:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- undamaged;
- complete with labels, tags and original packaging.
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear items, including briefs, panties and thongs, nor for products from the Wooti and Trasparenze brands.
The return shipment must be sent within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
Only one free return is allowed per order. Any additional returns related to the same order will still be accepted within the allowed timeframe, but a €5 handling fee will be applied.
Refunds will only be authorized if all the above conditions are fully respected.
Returns sent without authorization, without identifiable references or not traceable to a specific order may not be processed until the necessary verification has been completed.
Refund
Once the return has been received, the items will be inspected within 48/72 working hours starting from the first working day following delivery to our warehouse.
If the return complies with all requirements, the refund for the returned products will be issued using the same payment method selected during purchase.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functionality, a reduction proportional to the decrease in the item's value may be applied to the refund.
If the item shows signs of use, damage, missing accessories, compromised packaging or conditions preventing reconditioning and resale, the refund may be reduced or refused.
If the return is not accepted and the customer wishes to receive the item back, it will be possible to request its return shipment upon payment of a €5 shipping contribution.
Customized Products – Sports Team Supplies
Products purchased through pages dedicated to sports teams may include customizations such as names, numbers, team logos or other specific features.
These products are made upon request and are therefore considered personalized goods.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
Once the order has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to modify sizes, customizations or ordered items.
Any requests for modifications or replacements may be evaluated solely at Check Point’s discretion, depending on the production status of the order and product availability.
In the event of customization errors attributable to Check Point, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
