How to Make a Return
Returning an item is always free within Italy.
For all other European countries, there's a fixed cost of €5, which will not be refunded when your order is reimbursed.
You can make a return by:
- 
Visiting our physical store.
 - 
Downloading the return label from your reserved area if you made the purchase with a registered account.
 - 
Requesting the label via email (for guest purchases or if unavailable) by writing to ordini@check-point.it with the subject: "Return label request for order number ... of ..." You'll receive the label within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).
 
Prepare Your Package

Use the same bag or box you received your order in.
 - 
If you use an oversized box compared to the original shipment, we reserve the right to deduct €5 from your refund.
 - 
Important: If you purchased shoes, it is strictly forbidden to use the original shoe box as the outer packaging.
 - 
Remove the initial shipping label and apply the return label.
 
Return Conditions
- 
The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete with tags, labels, original packaging, and packing materials.
 - 
The return must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
 - 
The refund will only be authorized if all these conditions are met.
 
Refund
Once we receive your return, it will be verified within 48-72 hours by one of our operators.
If compliant, you'll receive a full refund via your original payment method.
If the conditions are not met, your refund may be partial or not issued at all if the item is deemed non-reconditionable.
If you wish to have the non-refunded merchandise returned to you, you can do so by paying a fixed fee of €5 for the new shipment.
